Are you on the see food diet? You see food and you eat it! Its possible to eat food, really enjoy it, eat what you want, when you want and still lose weight. Its not a myth. It worked for me. Did you know that some foods can actually make you thinner? You have probably heard of the South Beach Diet or the Atkins diet. There are lots of diets out there that really work, however, they don't provide lasting results. The only way to get lasting results and keep your flat stomach is through nutrition. So, lets get eating and enjoying and get a flat stomach.

I can show you how to eat and enjoy your food and still lose weight in four easy steps below.

Step 1

Throw out any "diet" foods in your cupboard or anything that is "low fat". Get rid of anything from your cupboards that does not inspire you or that you see as a penance to eat such as cardboard tasting crackers, low fat breads, diet pills, expensive supplements and anything that has diet written on it. By doing this simple task, you are one step closer to knowing how to get a flat stomach.

Step 2

Eat what you want when you want and enjoy it. Enjoy it is the most important part. Sit down, relax, have a glass of water or a glass of juice, take time to really enjoy and savour your food instead of grabbing a snack and eat on the run. Let your brain realise that it is being nourished and allow your stomach time to digest the food. Put your knife and fork down in between each bite, relax and enjoy the conversation around you. Try and avoid eating in front of the TV or computer. Really take time to dedicate to your meals and make meal times a time to be enjoyed. Eating more slowly will improve your digestion and help you get a flat stomach.

Step 3

Stop when you are full. If you take time to really enjoy your food and eat more slowly, your brain will tell you when you have enough. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are full. These 2 things in combination will really help you to enjoy your food and allow your body to decide what it needs and what it does not need. You also won't feel like you are on a diet and you will get a flat stomach without even trying.

Step 4

Drink more! By drink more, I mean water, fluids, juices and foods with a high water content. Drinking more water will help flush toxins from your body, improve food absorption and digestive transit and also improve brain function. Drinking more water also helps get a flat stomach as the entire digestive system will function more efficiently.

Author Resource:- So, imagine being able to eat what you want, when you want, not feel on a diet and also get a flat stomach. Not a diet pill, low fat food, ab belt, ab rocker or home exercise equipment in sight. No gimmicks. Just follow these simple steps and the flat stomach that has eluded you up to now can be yours in a matter of weeks.
