It's amazing what a few extra dollars can do to make your pool more fun. Pool toys and accessories are cheap ways to amp up the excitement in a swimming pool. Learning a few basic games, too, can make your pool more fun. Learn more about these things by reading on below.

Floats and Rafts-

Swimming is well and good, but picking up a few rafts and floating devices can make a pool even more entertaining - and relaxing. Most pool maintenance companies or stores carry a good extent of "floating" devices which can be used to accelerate the fun in your pool a little more. Many rafts include drink holders, for instance, that allow you to take a sip while floating around on the water. Others include built-in pillows that let you lounge in style - the choice is up to you.

Balls and Nets-

More active types will get a real kick out of introducing a few balls to their swimming pools. Large beach balls are a lot of fun to hit around from person to person; smaller, softer balls can be used for poolside games of dodge-ball. If you like netball for instance, a swimming pool version of this sport can be set up without difficulty using a net and 2 or 3 balls. Be creative and you'll find that your pool is a lot more fun than you thought.

Water Noodles-

Water noodles are a perennial favourite among children and adults alike. These simple looking pool toys can be used in a number of fun ways. Some people like to just hang on to their water noodle while floating leisurely about a pool; others prefer engaging in rousing games that involve smacking other people with their water noodles. Still others find ways to shoot water through the hollow tube in the middle of their water noodles, making for a whole lot of wet fun. Whatever you do with yours, you are bound to have a blast.

Fun Pool Games-

There are many great games and activities that can be played in a swimming pool. For very little money, you can invest in a set of diving rings then take turns fetching them from the floor of your pool. Marco Polo is a very popular swimming pool game; the person who is "it" must keep their eyes closed while trying to find others in the pool. The person who is "it" shouts "Marco!" and the others must shout "Polo!" in response. This way, the person who is it must try to determine where people are in the swimming pool.

Author Resource:- If you haven't visited your local Pool Shop Ipswich lately, it's probably time that you did. More and more Pool Maintenance Ipswich stores such as SPR Pool and Spa are electing to stock and sell toys and accessories. They've discovered that such items help pool owners get even more enjoyment out of their pools.
