Every small business owner, especially a new small business owner, should invest in business signage. It doesn't matter if you run a taco stand or a five star restaurant, your business can benefit from the right business signage. There is no more affordable or more effective way to attract more customers and increase sales at your small business.
Though there are alot of different signs to choose from, one of my favorite signs is the cartop sign. This sign costs less than $100 and can be working for you all day and all night. Just attach the sign to your car and start driving. In order for this sign to get you the results you desire, you must advertise a great deal on it. People love a great deal.
The key to making your sign successful is by advertising a great deal on it. If you are just driving around town with the name of your business on your sign, your not going to get very much attention. You have to have a message on your sign that will capture peoples attention. There is no better way to do this then by advertising a great deal.
If they see a deal like that being advertised on your cartop sign, they will want to take advantage of it. I don't know of very many women who would not take advantage of that deal. Please understand that this is just an example. You have to be creative and cater the deal to your business and your target audience. One important thing to do is put your phone number on your sign. You want to make sure everyone has a way to reach you if they need more information. Give them one and they will take advantage of it.
Another sign that I really like is the sidewalk sign. This sign is one that every small business must have. Studies have shown that by placing this one sign in front of your business, can increase sales by up to 30%. What other form of advertising can do that for you at such an affordable price? I personally don't know of any.
When its all said and done, the right business signs can have a huge impact on your small business. I once heard someone say, "a business with no sign, is a sign of no business." If you really think about it, this statement has alot of truth to it. If you want your small business to grow I strongly recommend you invest in some sort of business signage as soon as possible.
